Featuring a shared bathroom, our room at Venice Garden House gave us a unique opportunity to connect with our fellow guests. It was like joining a quirky commune where we swapped travel stories and laughed until the wee hours. It felt like staying in a lively hostel, but with the comfort of a cozy guest house.
Dirty shower upon arrival.

The hotel breakfast menu could be improved with more variety and options.

I stayed at Venice Garden House for 2 nights while visiting the area. The location was convenient, with easy access to Mestre and Venice. The rooms had no unpleasant smells and the beds were clean. For the price, it was a good deal. The room was spacious and the shared bathroom was well-maintained. The staff was helpful, allowing us to check in late at night. There was also a good Indian restaurant nearby and public transportation stops were just 200 meters away.
I would be happy to recommend this hotel.

The room was clean and the bed sheets were spotless, which was a relief. The shared bathroom was also kept very clean. The location was key, as it was close to a bus stop that took us to Venice and back easily. One advantage that we enjoyed was the balcony in our room, which added a nice touch to our stay.
The thin walls were a downside as we could hear everything our neighbors were doing. It made for a less than peaceful experience, especially if you have noisy neighbors.

The location of the hotel is very convenient. It is just one block away from the bus station that takes you to Venice. it is close to the bus stop in the direction of Venice and very close to the tram station. This makes it easy to explore the city without any hassle. the room is comfortable and clean, with clean bed sheets and a comfy bed. the bathroom is also well-maintained and tidy. the hotel also offers free WiFi and has a fridge and hairdryer for the guests' convenience.
The walls are quite thin, so noise from other guests can be heard.

Loved the "cozy" shared bathroom on the fifth floor. The "comfortable" bed made for a great night's sleep. The shared balcony added a touch of excitement to my stay.
The bathroom door not locking was a delightful surprise.

I had a pleasant stay at the guest house, despite a few minor inconveniences. The owner was incredibly helpful and accommodating, even going out of his way to meet me late at night due to a delayed flight. The room itself was basic but clean, with comfortable beds and a balcony. The shared bathroom was kept clean, although occasionally there were issues with hot water. The location was convenient, with easy access to bus transport and a nearby shop. I would recommend this guest house for budget travelers looking for a no-frills stay in Venice.

The host was amazing and the location was perfect, with the train and bus stops just steps away. The room was spacious for the price and the shared bathroom was well-maintained. There were plenty of food options within walking distance and a Saturday market across the street. The balcony had a great view of the family park.
